ADA ACCOMMODATIONS AND DEAF CUSTOMER SERVICE IN THE HOSPITALITY INDUSTRY
This extremely detailed and in depth project analyzes the challenges and difficulties that deaf guests experience in our industry and provides a simplified explanation of the pertaining ADA laws and how hospitality industries can use appropriate tools, training, and customer service to improve inclusivity throughout the industry.

This project and report brings forward a creative, modern, and adventurous business opportunity in the hospitality industry as a fully detailed bar and brewery.
HUMAN TRAFFICKING AWARENESS
This report details the affects on the hospitality industry due to human trafficking and several areas and examples of new training and solutions that can be implemented to protect guests and companies from a legal standpoint as well.
